The campaign tour is organized by Forest Defenders Alliance [1] and Comité Schone Lucht NL [2] . The main goal of the campaign is to encourage both the European Commission and the European Parliament to carry out a truly sustainable revision of the European "Renewable Energy Directive" (RED) [3] , without defining forest biomass combustion as climate neutral.
